Biarkan Warga Muhammadiyah Bebas Memilih Partai
Jakarta--Hasil Tanwir Muhmmadiyah di Yogyakarta yang baru-baru ini diliris ke publik mendapat tanggapan pro dan kontra. Salah satu butirnya menyebutkan, Muhammadiyah merasa resah dengan maraknya dakwah yang berembel-embel partai politik. Butir ini jelas mendapat tanggapan kritis dari jajaran Dewan Pengurus Pusat (DPP) Partai Keadilan Sejahtera (PKS).
Meski tidak disebutkan secara ekplisit bahwa yang dimaksud dalam butir tersebut --'dakwah yang berlabel partai politik'--, namun sangat mudah dipahami poin tersebut menunjuk pada kiprah PKS di jagad perpolitikan nasional. Sejak tahun 1999, saat dilaunching bernama Partai Keadilan (PK), partai yang mayoritas pengurus dan kadernya ini kaum muda ini sudah mem-positioning-kan diri sebagai 'Partai Dakwah', sehingga wajar bila butir tersebut mengerucut pada PKS.
"Hasil itu memang bisa dipahami dan sejatinya memang harus demikian," ujar Sekretaris Bidang PolhukHAM DPP PKS, Dr.Zulkieflimansyah, menanggapi berbagi suara yang pro dan kontra atas hasil tanwir itu. Ia bisa memahami munculnya salah satu butir hasil tanwir dengan merujuk pada dinamika ormas seperti Muhammadiyah dan Nahdlatul Ulama (NU) yang sejak era reformasi, baik secara langsung maupun tidak, ikut arus dan terjun ke arena politik praktis. Namun, dalam perkembangan partai politik yang dibidani sebagian kader-kader ormas Islam itu mengalami fragmentasi sehingga berimbas pada eksistensi ormas yang mem-back-up-nya.
Sementara, menurut Dr. Zul, PKS yang mengangkat jargon 'Partai Dakwah' bisa bermain cantik dengan tidak berlebihan dalam mengusung partai sebagai partai Islam, sehingga dapat diterima oleh masyarakat secara massif. Hal ini, katanya, dapat dilihat dari hasil perolehan suara PKS yang melonjak dari 1,4 juta (Pemilu 1999) menjadi 8,3 juta (Pemilu 2004). Apakah realitas politik yang 'berpihak' pada PKS membuat ormas-ormas Islam itu merasa 'tergeser' dalam pentas politik?
"Biarkan teman-teman di Muhammadiyah memilih partai berdasarkan nuraninya masing-masing," jawab Dr. Zul secara diplomatis. Dengan munculnya salah satu butir hasil Tanwir Muhammadiyah itu ia berharap ormas Muhammadiyah khususnya, tidak lagi diklaim sepihak oleh partai tertentu. (Roji)
Let Muhammadiyah Society Free to Choose Their Party
The result of Muhammadiyah enlightenment (Tanwir) in Yogyakarta which was recently released to public, got pros and cons response. One of the items mentioned is that Muhammadiyah feels restless with a lustrous of religious proselytizing named Politic Party. This point definitely got a response from Central Executive Board (DPP) of Justice and Prosperous Party (PKS).
Event though it was not mentioned explicitly that the pointed item is --'religious proselytizing named politic party'--, but it is so easy to implicit that the item pointed to PKS action in national politic world since 1999, as being launched as Justice Party (PK), with youth executive and members, this party has positioned itself as a 'Mission Party', so it is proper if the point it truncates to PKS.
"That result was understandable and supposed to be that way", said Secretary of Politics, Law and Human Right of PKS, Dr. Zulkieflimansyah, perceived the pros and cons toward the Tanwir result. He could understand one of the emerging points of Tanwir result by referring to the dynamic of mass organization as like Muhammadiyah and Nahdlatul Ulama (NU), which organizations have been directly or indirectly following the trend and involved in the practical politics arena since the reformation era. However, in politic party development which 'born' as mass organization members, experience the fragmentation so that it affects the existence of its backing-up mass organization.
Meanwhile, according to Dr. Zul, PKS which conveys the 'Religious Mission Party' jargon could play smoothly and not excessively in conveying the party as an Islamic one, so it can be massively accepted by the society. This matter, he said, can be seen from PKS voting result which rising up from 1.4 million (election 1999) to 8,3 million (election 2004). Does the politics reality which 'aligns' with PKS make the Islamic mass organization feel 'being removed' in politics ?
"Let our friends in Muhammadiyah choose their party based on their own consciousness", answered Dr. Zul, diplomatically. By the emerging point of Tanwir result, he hoped the mass organization, especially Muhammadiyah, would not be claimed unilaterally by certain party anymore.
